**Requirements**:

- Experience and training in landscape maintenance and running a crew
- Some Horticulture training is preferred
- Ability to both take and give direction in a team environment
- Must enjoy working outdoors
- Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in their work
- Be physically strong (lift min. 50 lbs) and a quick learner
- Class G license with a clean abstract

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a maintenance crew on various residential and commercial properties
- Help ensure a safe workplace
- Learn and use time tracking software
- Manage your crews time efficiently
- Garden and lawn maintenance and rehabilitation such as:

- Planting, and plant care including weeding, pruning, deadheading and mulching gardens
- Grass cutting with riding and push mowers and trimmers
- Leaf, litter, and debris cleanup required in spring and fall
- Other tasks such as topdressing/overseeding/sodding etc

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
