Groundskeeper/maintenance

Canada Paving And Construction (1998) Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and hard working maintenance person who can oversee some real estate locations by grass cutting, snow plowing, maintaining garbage rooms, managing/addressing minor repairs in keeping all properties in clean and safe environments.

Estimated 40-50hrs/week

**DUTIES**
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks as assigned
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete various projects
- Build, install, and repair structures and fixtures
- Assist with landscape maintenance, including irrigation, gardening, and digging
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

**EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience in a maintenance person or maintenance role preferred
- Experience as golf course greens keeper
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
