**General job description**:
Under the direction of the Vice President of Sales, your role will consist of promoting our products throughout Quebec. Your mission will be to establish and maintain relationships with our existing and potential customers in order to boost sales and achieve the company's sales objectives. You will be responsible for answering calls and contacting customers to take their orders and manage complaints.

**More specific tasks**:

- Receive calls from customers and provide adequate information on prices and products as well as carry out research when the need arises
- Make order entries in the Produce Pro software;
- Respond courteously and quickly to customer requests for audits or complaints;
- Replace other internal representatives in most of their functions during vacations or absences;
**Qualifications and experiences**:

- Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
- Knowledge of fruits and vegetables (a major asset).
- Master the Microsoft Office suite
- Good knowledge of Teams (Produce Pro and e-business - an asset)
- French-English bilingualism, spoken and written.
