Barque Smokehouse is looking for an experienced part time server

We've just transitioned to an inclusive pricing model and are part of the Ontario Living Wage Network, meaning everybody makes at least $22.25/hr regardless of how busy it is. Those with more experience will earn between $24-28/hr.

All staff also receive paid personal / sick days, an annual allowance for extended health benefits plus free dedicated mental health care through Humanacare.

We check in with staff regularly to ensure everyone is happy and progressing accordingly while maintaining a healthy work / life balance. The majority of the management team has been with the company for half a decade or more, with several other full time staff that have been with us for years.

Suffice to say we believe strongly in supporting our staff and promoting within, providing a dynamic work environment where everyone is valued, respected, and heard.
