**About the Position**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Superintendent in overseeing all phases of construction from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations on site, conducting regular safety inspections.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and crew members to maintain smooth workflow and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, reports, and updates for management and accounting.
- Support quality control efforts, ensuring construction standards and client expectations are met.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, trades, and team members to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

**Qualifications**
