**Votre mission**:
Colas Projects is looking for a scheduler for the LRT Project in Edmonton, Canada (construction of a light rail transit).
You will be able to join our Colas team on a large modern urban transport development project
**Vos principales responsabilités**:
- Under the supervision of the lead scheduler, You will progress and learn about the job of scheduler, planning best practices and the construction of transport infrastructures
- Support of the planning and scheduling on the project to ensure rail project teams optimization
- Schedule all reactive and planned works to appropriate resources, focusing on meeting all work plans within specified timelines
- Coordinate and update schedules with actual progress and forecast remaining durations, project milestones, and completion dates
- Acquire practical field experience with planning and scheduling knowledge to identify challenges to the project schedule and suggest mitigation plans and prepare recovery schedules
- Review subcontract schedule status and provide Management with input on subcontract performance
**Votre profil**:
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Technology or a combination of equivalent skills and field
- Excellent written, verbal, communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of scheduling softwares could be an asset: Typically Primavera 6, MS Project, Tilos and Excel skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
