Location: Saskatoon Reports to: Operations Supervisor Compensation: Hourly Job type: Full Time, Permanent We are Saskatchewan’s leader in waste transfer and recycling services. For more than 55 years, we’ve been building a reputation of excellence. **As a condition of employment, all new employees to safety sensitive positions must successfully pass a substance test within a two week period of their hiring date.** **Duties**: - Leading crew of 3-5 labourers with a primary role of, but not limited to, delivering fencing to customers in Saskatoon and surrounding area. - Ensuring workflow with bales and fencing jobs are correctly organized at start of day. - Between deliveries, assisting with cart pickup and returns. - Assisting fencing employees with adherence to all safety procedures and policies according to company Safety Manual and OH&S Regulations. - Completing general duties around shop and yard, assisting with decaling steel containers, cart assembly, and shop maintenance. - Other duties and projects as assigned. **Qualifications**: - Demonstration of organizational skills specifically regarding call completion and communication. - Ability to multi-task. - Ability to lift up to 50lbs. - Excellent organizational skills. - Ability to work with Supervision Guidance. - Ability to work with little or no supervision. - Ability to work in a team environment. - Experience operating equipment is considered an asset. - Minimum valid Class 5 driver’s license with acceptable abstract required. - Class G or Air endorsement an asset but not required. - **A criminal record check will be required.** **What’s In It for You?** - A team environment that embraces a "work hard, play harder" culture. - A compensation package that is competitive and comes with excellent benefits. - Well-maintained equipment and facilities. - Opportunities for learning, advancement, personal growth, and challenge.
