**Salary**: From $16.50 per hour

**Position details**:
Euro Tile & Stone is looking for client focused Part-Time Sales Associates for our Outlet location. Our Outlet store is a fast paced environment where customers are seeking great values for high end tile. Be a part of our growing team as we continue to develop and expand our home market.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Provide exceptional service, consultation and customer experience to anyone who enters our store
- Build professional relationships in order to close sales. Sales in this environment are often based on quickly assisting the customer and providing them expectational service. They will usually be taking their tile with them that day.
- Helping the customer from the moment they walk in right to helping ensure their tiles are loaded with care.
- Balance serving clients in-store and proactively communicating, following up and managing other projects on the go
- Teamwork. That means collaborating with other Sales Associates, Warehouse staff, and working harmoniously with other business units.
- Have a great understanding of our vast product types and collections including continually and proactively familiarizing yourself with new products, their merchandize and how to sell them, finding creative ways to use our collections and staying up to date with design trends; this is in addition to the training we provide
- Participate in events after hours that we will host or attend (not mandatory but strongly encouraged in order to build deeper relationships)

**What You Bring to the Role**
- Previous design/building industry or retail sales experience - experience selling tile is an asset
- An understanding that the client is central to everything we do
- Mature, positive, friendly, courteous attitude
- Detail oriented
- Proactive and hard working
- Ability to lift and move boxes of tile (up to approx. 20 lbs. each) without assistance

**Nice to haves**
- Design or decorating post-secondary education is nice to have but not necessary. Some of our best people have come to us without industry experience
- Other languages. We’re an international company. Tell us about any other languages you speak
- Able to use technology (Microsoft Office, iPad). We’ll train you on our systems in your first week.
