Regular Part-Time
- ***:_ _As the primary contact person, the Unit Clerk I coordinates unit activities to promote relationships with patients, visitors and healthcare professions. In addition, the Unit Clerk contributes to the efficient function of the Unit primarily through effective clerical and communication activities. _

- **SALARY**:_ _$26.67 to $28.30 per hour_**QUALIFICATIONS**:_
- Two year Medical Office Administration Diploma _
- **EXPERIENCE**:_
- Minimum one year experience in a healthcare setting_
- **ABILITIES**:_
- Medical terminology_
- Computer literate with a working knowledge of the Meditech Information System and Microsoft Office Applications_
- Well-developed verbal, written and interpersonal skills_
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work, multi-task and be flexible_
- Ability to work independently or side-by-side with other members of the healthcare team pleasantly and interact professionally with peers, patients and other departments_
