Starting as a Inside Sales Representative you will work at our customer service desk located at #8-616 Hillside Avenue in Victoria, BC reporting to the Branch Manager.

Answering customer phone calls and working with customers in the showroom; sharing accurate information and product knowledge, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction, while delivering Best-in-Class experience.

Assist customers by processing orders, product returns and claims, and picking warehouse orders as required.

Maintain the showroom by keeping shelves stocked and faced, routinely cleaning displays, ensuring floors and aisles are kept clear and tidy, and that all product locations are properly tagged and visible.

After 6-12 months working in the branch at our Customer Service Desk you will transition to an Outside/Direct Sales role to manage a growing territory of clients and their business.

**Key Attributes**
- Must have excellent spoken English; fluency in French is an asset.
- Experience working in B2B environment, at a contractor’s desk in a lumberyard, or one of the big box stores would be valuable.
- Familiar with order entry processes and procedures (AS400)
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidence, and comfort with both telephone and in-person contacts.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize workload.
- Self-Starter and willingness to take initiative.
- Independent in carrying out daily tasks.
- Intermediate-to-advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Efficient computer keyboarding skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments.
- Participate in training sessions on new products.
- Experience in the cabinet & millwork or related industry considered an asset.
- Experience in hardware distribution business considered an asset.
- Able to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Mus be eligible to work in Canada.
