**DESCRIPTION**

Associate Creative Director

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Specifically, we are looking for a full-time Associate Creative Director who challenges conventional thinking, can tell a killer story (or joke), and is obsessed with ideas. From leading a junior team to rolling up your sleeves to crack an idea, we’re looking for someone who can lead and loves doing the work.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 6+ years agency experience
- Strong conceptual thinker: you’re obsessed with ideas and what makes the best ones better than the rest
- Open to Copy or Art background
- Traditional experience is a must, XM/below the line experience is a plus
- Strong presenter who can sell ideas to clients in a confident and compelling way
- Great hang - willing collaborator & creative community member
- Culture vulture with deep tentacles and interests in culture, food, tech, music, television, etc.
