**Social Media Manager**

We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager and digital marketing expert who is looking to grow with us. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring our company's Social Media accounts, increasing brand awareness/visibility/interest by creating new and innovative content, managing posts, and engaging with our followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. As a Social Media Manager, you are up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication and marketing skills, strong writing skills, and be able to express our company's views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to enhance our social media presence, ensuring high levels of customer engagement and web traffic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with our internal team to plan and execute marketing plans, strategies, and advertising
- Generate, edit, publish and share high-quality stories, posts, press releases, social media content, and web copy
- Measure and improve content performance by tracking and evaluating research, engagement, and analytics
- Stay up-to-date with the Real Estate industry; monitor market trends, review market reports, read industry-related articles and content, engage in online forums, follow and engage with relevant social media accounts
- Increase brand awareness, organic engagement, and followers
- Develop and execute digital lead generation campaigns that support and accelerate our business goals
- Be an early adopter of social media trends and technology to align with HomeLife’s reputation as a trendsetter and disruptor of the status quo
- Conduct weekly webinars to educate our members about social media marketing..and have fun while you’re doing it

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in the real estate industry
- Degree and/or Certificate in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms
- High level of computer proficiency
- Extensive experience in social media management; confident in creating social media posts, running & monitoring ad campaigns, and managing business pages & profiles
- Capacity to write and generate content with strong editing and proofreading skills with an emphasis on business writing and real estate
- Ability to create digital media including graphic designs, videos, and photos
- Energetic, comfortable being in front of a camera, sociable, enjoys creating content independently and with others
- Ability to motivate and train our members on social media and branding strategies
- Strong project management skills; self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and resources
- Proficient in Google Workspace (G Suite), Mailchimp, Canva and Meta Business Suite, working knowledge of Adobe Suite is an asset

**Bonus Skills and Experience**:

- Residential and/or commercial real estate marketing experience
- CMS experience and/or working knowledge of WordPress
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and analytics
