**Company Description**

Keypoint Millwork specializes in high-quality millwork and custom furniture finishing. Our team is dedicated to precision craftsmanship, ensuring exceptional results for residential and commercial projects. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter/Cabinet Finisher to join our Millwork Shop in Brampton.

**Job Purpose**

The Painter/Cabinet & Furniture Finisher will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing custom millwork products to meet client specifications and high-quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sanding and surface preparation for painting and finishing.
- Mixing paints and chemicals to match specifications.
- Manual and automated spray painting using a Makor Automated Spray Line (training available).
- Shading and custom color matching when required.
- Cleaning and maintaining painting equipment.
- Tracking and maintaining inventory of finishing materials.
- Ensuring quality control and attention to detail in all finishing work.
- Collaborating with team members and providing guidance when needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Prior experience in cabinet/furniture finishing or millwork painting.
- Strong understanding of paint mixing, surface preparation, and spray techniques.
- Ability to work with manual and automated spray equipment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to train and support team members when necessary.
