**Position Summary**:
Our ASR Manager will champion selling philosophy of a customer friendly buying experience. This position is responsible for leading, coaching and motivating their team and working with customers to provide the best equipment purchasing experience MasonLift has to offer.

Although no two days are the same, your day-to-day responsibilities may be:

- Ensuring sales targets and profitability is maintained as outlined by the company
- Assisting in resolving problems as it relates to invoicing, products or services
- Hiring, training, performance activity, up to and including terminations for ASR Representatives
- Monitoring quote activity and recommending products or services based on customer business needs
- Utilizing internal software systems as this is critical to tracking and reporting targets of reps
- Creating and maintaining sales activity on a regular basis in CRM and generates reports tracking all areas of both the ASR a roles
- Supporting proper visibility/coverage within defined territory and reports on such as required (i.e., lost order reporting) per each direct report.
- Coaching and mentoring by providing day to day feedback and plans for skill and career development for direct reports. Regularly schedule ride-alongs, and customer visits with representatives.
- Preparing monthly reports (quotes, close ratios, dollar amounts) to present to the management.

**What you bring**:
**Education & Work Experience**

Post-secondary or equivalent education proficiency and 5 years experience in an industrial sales position and or management. Prior experience in the material handling industry as it relates to sales would be an asset.

**Competencies and Skills**
- Proven ability to sell
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
- Proficiency in software tracking tools
- Ability to direct/coach creative solutions to unique customer requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $100,000.00 per year
