La mission des chargés de projets opérations des secteurs experts est d’implanter une culture qualité et une maîtrise du procédé dans une cellule de travail experte.

La personne qui prendra le rôle doit participer activement à l’implantation de stratégie qualité en production, à l’amélioration des rendements de fromage et de la fabrication d’ingrédients laitier. Elle contribue activement au développement des équipes de production sur l’évolution des standards qualités et techniques en usine ainsi que sur les résolutions de problématiques adéquates pour minimiser les impacts financiers.

Elle doit également développer des standards et groupe de travail pour répondre à nos exigences clients et participe au maintien des exigences de la qualité, de la salubrité et de la sécurité des aliments.

**Plus spécifiquement, le ou la titulaire du poste va**:

- Diriger le déploiement de la vision, des stratégies et des priorités auprès des équipes de ligne. Responsable des résultats du département/secteur et de l’atteinte des objectifs.
- Développer les compétences des opérateurs du département/secteur de production'‹ et experts de la triade'‹ avec le Directeur de production.
- Assister à toutes les formations sur le site et coacher l'organisation sur l'importance d'être sur le terrain. Effectuer un coaching et un bilan de santé avec les Experts secteur et d émontrer l'achèvement des bilans de santé efficaces.
- Être propriétaire de la rencontre d’alignement quotidienne'‹'‹.
- Diriger un plan de 90 jours au niveau de l'équipe et diriger personnellement la mise en œuvre d'actions pour éliminer une perte d'organisation spécifique.
- Coacher tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
- Accompagner les propriétaires d'équipement/propriétaires de système, soutien pour atteindre les objectifs du système de gestion (exemple : bilans de santé).

**Exigences du poste**:

- Baccalauréat en génie industriel, en génie alimentaire ou en science et technologie des aliments.
- DEC à l'ITA (un atout).
- Certification en amélioration continue (Green Belt 6 sigma, Kaizen management, ou toute autre formation pertinente).
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de production laitière (maintenance, production, amélioration continue).
- Connaissance des ingrédients laitiers ou fabrication des fromages.
- Connaissances techniques des équipements de fabrication.
- Connaissance en sécurité alimentaire, en production et en gestion de projet (un atout).
