**About Us**:
Thrive Counselling Muskoka is a private mental health practice with locations in both Bracebridge and Huntsville ON dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and families in our community. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled registered Social Worker or Psychotherapist to join our team.

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
- Deliver psychotherapy services using appropriate modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.).
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with PHIPA.
- Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical standards of practice.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor/Master of Social Work degree or Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree
- Current licensure (RSW, RP, RP Q) in good standing in Ontario
- Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience (preferred).
- Experience working with children, couples, trauma, substance use, LGBTQ+ clients, families etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Commitment to ethical and inclusive care.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Additional certification or training e.g., trauma-informed care, CBT, MCBT, EMDR, DBT.
