The position involves working with existing building staff at Lionsgate Communities' apartment buildings and aiding them on the key responsibilities described below.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide support in maintenance requirements, which will include housekeeping tasks, **cleaning units, cleaning common areas**, coordinating contractors, conducting minor repairs, painting, furniture set up, resident maintenance issues and more.
- Delivering exceptional customer service when responding to resident inquires and while leasing units to prospects.
- Assist in the leasing process which includes organizing paperwork, preparing units for new residents which can include furniture set up and cleaning, and completing move in/move out tasks.
- Preform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous property management or related experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and property management practices.
- Drivers License and vehicle.
- Able to work 40hours/week and some weekend coverage.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, make sound judgments, and prioritize tasks.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office software and property management software.

Pay: $41,000.00 per year
