**About Risio**:
Risio Institute is transforming dental assisting education through flexible, accessible learning. Our innovative model allows students to complete theory online while gaining practical experience in dental offices. We’re looking for experienced dental professionals to join our growing team as a **Clinical Facilitator** for in-person clinical sessions in Calgary.

**Position Overview**:
As a Clinical Facilitator, you will mentor and support dental assisting students through hands-on clinical training. You’ll help students build confidence, master clinical skills, and prepare for success in their careers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate in-person clinical sessions and practical skill development
- Demonstrate dental assisting procedures and techniques
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional learning environment
- Provide feedback and guidance aligned with program standards
- Collaborate with academic staff to ensure quality delivery and evaluation
- Follow CDAC accreditation and infection control protocols

**Qualifications and Attributes**:

- Registered Dental Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
- Recent hands-on experience with the full range of clinical skills taught in dental assisting programs
- Previous experience in instruction or clinical facilitation
- Active RDA license in good standing
- Available for scheduled clinical modules on both weekdays and weekends (approx. 6 days/month)
- Highly organized, efficient with time, punctual, and able to work independently
- Team-oriented with a respectful, inclusive, and professional demeanor
- Committed to student success and mentorship
- Strong communication skills with a calm, supportive approach to student concerns
- Motivated to pursue professional development (Adult Educator Certificate), and embraces a growth mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour
