We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated **Purchasing Clerk** to join our procurement team at our Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with suppliers to gather information on products, including pricing, availability, and delivery times;
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services;
- Review and update open purchase orders, maintaining accurate records;
- Perform data entry and document filing for purchasing-related activities;
- Assist with other administrative functions related to the purchasing department.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Experience in a purchasing department is a plus, but on-the-job training will be provided;
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks;
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively
