As new properties come online, we need talented individuals who can hit the ground running, provide exceptional service to prospective tenants, and help us maintain high occupancy rates. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide detailed information about available units
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure lease agreements and handle lease renewals
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette while responding to inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective tenants
- Utilize sales techniques to effectively promote available properties and close deals
- Utilize Yardi or similar software for managing leasing activities
- Assist with filing, office tasks, and administrative duties as needed
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure efficient operation of the leasing process
- Process move ins and move outs
- Administrative duties
- Perform data entry accurately and in a timely manner

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in property management or real estate is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
- Proficiency in sales techniques and negotiation strategies
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- General schedule will be Tuesday to Saturday, with Sunday/Monday as days off.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,000.00 per year
