**Gestion Zagora** is a young and dynamic company specializing in property management. In operation for over 5 years, the company currently owns and manages several rental properties, primarily in Montréal, on the South Shore of Montréal, in Gatineau, and Quebec City. As the company continues to grow, we are looking to expand our team to reach new heights.

We are currently seeking a **full-time Leasing Agent** to join our property management team in Montréal. You will play a key collaborative role within the team.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Lease available apartment units in the building
- Analyze and understand client needs
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new tenants
- Stay informed about the local rental market
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Generate leasing activity reports and handle lease renewals as needed
- Conduct property visits and negotiate lease agreements
- Draft rental agreements
- Respond to tenant needs promptly, courteously, and effectively
