Air Canada Vacations is currently looking for a Partner Marketing Coordinator - USA / Vacances Air Canada est présentement a la recherche d'un(e) Coordonnateur(trice), Marketing des partenaires & Independent.
**RESPONSIBILITES**:
- Coordinate the production of marketing plans developed in partnership with tourism boards, hotel chains, and airports:
- Analyze incoming partner marketing plans and align initiatives with Air Canada Vacations’ promotional calendar
- Build creative briefs and workback schedules
- Review creative assets to ensure alignment to brand and campaign objectives
- Coordinate the internal and external approvals as well as implementation steps
- Communicate with project stakeholders to inform them of progress, challenges, blockers and re-evaluate deadlines when necessary
- Deliver final assets on time and as per brief
- Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns
- When needed, coordinate the production of Air Canada Vacations marketing campaigns, and contribute to ad hoc marketing projects within the team
- Ensure the continuity and cohesion between the various marketing campaigns across product lines.
- Manage multiple priorities while aligning deliverables with business needs and departmental objectives
- Ensure brand guidelines are respected throughout all touch points
- Perform a consulting role, propose solutions, and provide the necessary support to the Marketing Managers
- Contribute to identify and implement process improvements
- Stay informed about industry activity and trends
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED**:
- University degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant marketing experience
- Experience working in an advertising agency an asset
- Experience in the travel industry an asset
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Excellent oral communication and writing skills (English and French)
- Strong ability to adapt quickly, work independently, manage priorities and work under pressure
- Excellent team spirit, positive attitude, interpersonal and listening skills
- Proactivity, resourcefulness, and attention to details
- Creativity, curiosity, and appetite to challenge status quo
- Proficiency in Office 365
- Experience working with Jira Project Management system an asset
**RESPONSABILITÉS**:
- Coordonner la production de plans de marketing élaborés en partenariat avec les offices de tourisme, les chaînes hôtelières et les aéroports:
- Analyser les plans de marketing des partenaires et aligner les initiatives sur le calendrier promotionnel de Vacances Air Canada.
- Élaborer des instructions de création et des calendriers d’exécution.
- Examiner les éléments créatifs pour s’assurer qu’ils correspondent aux objectifs de la marque et de la campagne.
- Coordonner les approbations internes et externes ainsi que les étapes de mise en œuvre.
- Communiquer avec les parties prenantes du projet pour les informer des progrès, des défis et des obstacles, et réévaluer les délais si nécessaire.
- Fournir les actifs finaux dans les délais et conformément au cahier des charges.
- Contrôler et analyser le rendement des campagnes.
- Si nécessaire, coordonner la production des campagnes marketing de Vacances Air Canada et contribuer à des projets marketing ponctuels au sein de l’équipe.
- Assurer la continuité et la cohésion entre les différentes campagnes marketing à travers les gammes de produits.
- Gérer des priorités multiples tout en alignant les livrables sur les besoins de l’entreprise et les objectifs du département.
- Collaborer efficacement et communiquer régulièrement avec de nombreux partenaires internes et externes afin de garantir l’alignement et l’établissement de priorités adéquates (par exemple, conception graphique, rédaction, croissance et engagement des consommateurs, marketing par courriel, commerce électronique, gestion des revenus, produits, ventes, etc.)
- Veiller à ce que les lignes directrices de la marque soient respectées dans tous les points de contact.
- Jouer un rôle de conseil, proposer des solutions et apporter le soutien nécessaire aux responsables marketing.
- Contribuer à l’identification et à la mise en œuvre des améliorations de processus.
- Se tenir informé(e) de l’activité et des tendances du secteur.
**CONNAISSANCES ET COMPÉTENCES REQUISES**:
- Diplôme universitaire en marketing ou équivalent;
- Au moins 1 à 2 ans d’expérience pertinente en marketing;
- Expérience de travail dans une agence de publicité, un atout;
- Expérience dans le secteur du voyage, un atout;
- Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet et en organisation;
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite (anglais et français);
- Forte capacité à s’adapter rapidement, à travailler de façon autonome, à gérer les priorités et à travailler sous pression;
