**POSITION: MARKETING + CONTENT COORDINATOR (40 hours/week)**

BASED IN BEDFORD, NOVA SCOTIA

DermaEnvy Skincare is an industry leading medical aesthetics, laser and skincare clinic with award-winning clinics across Atlantic Canada and Ontario and now franchising across Canada. **POSITION OBJECTIVE**:
The Marketing + Content Coordinator is primarily responsible for the creation + implementation of marketing graphics and campaigns to support our franchise network of clinics through the development and implementation of processes and systems; is a self-starter, willingness to learn, well organized, tech savvy, professional communication style, and a great personality with the desire and passion to contribute to the brands success.

**AREAS OF OVERSIGHT + RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The role of Marketing + Content Coordinator reports and works directly with the senior management to maintain accurate and up-to-date systems. In their role, they are responsible for preparing and executing routine tasks, along with reviewing project updates on a regular basis.
- Creating + scheduling social media content, ad campaigns + newsletters
- Reply to social media comments and engage with our audiences
- Create + Edit video content for social media / internal training
- Create + Distribute monthly newsletter promotional content
- Updating + maintaining our library of brand content
- Updating our website content, as required
- Help grow the social media presence of our brands
- Weekly progress updates + compile monthly marketing KPI data
- Supporting our Team with projects and tasks as needed

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must have the ability to make decisions, prioritize tasks and problem solve
- Experience with any of these platforms are an asset, but not required - Canva, Later, Squarespace, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Shopify and Zenoti.
- Previous Skincare industry or multi-unit organization experience is an asset, but not required
- Be highly adaptable with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Be self-motivated and able to work with authority and without supervision.
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet occasional deadlines.
- Must be able to prioritize, multi-task and have creative problem solving skills.

**REMUNERATION**:

- Compensation: Starting at $40,000 - $45,000, based on experience.
