**Job Information**:
**What you’ll do**
- Work as a team member to support the sales efforts of multiple sales executives.
- Be proficient in various software programs including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite, as well as daily usage of customized software programs used to book and execute campaigns
- Correspond with sales reps and/or clients daily, to ensure campaign delivery
- Generate contracts for client signature and process contracts internally once signed by the client.
- Prepare contract revisions and distribute accordingly.
- Monitor currently running campaign and prepare for upcoming campaigns.
- Prepare shipping instructions and recommended quantities for all campaigns.
- Prepare production work orders for all campaigns that will be printed via Pattison Outdoor.
- Prepare posting/traffic instructions for all campaigns.
- Liaise with multiple internal departments including Charting, Production, and Operations.
- Act as backup for other sales coordinators.
- Additional administrative duties, as required.
