We are a multi-national company with manufacturing plants in Canada, the United States. Our company is a leading designer and manufacturer of road sweeping equipment that serves municipal, governmental, industrial and commercial customers.

Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator who will work closely with the sales team, supporting direct sales functions while managing lead generation projects, overall sales progress, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational skills with a proactive attitude toward supporting sales efforts, driving internal processes, and helping the sales team meet its goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Coordination & Support: Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team by managing field schedules, processing quotes, facilitating cross-department communication, and handling sales-related inquiries.
  • Data Entry & CRM Management: Update and maintain sales-related data in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy in lead tracking, sales progress, and customer details.
  • Lead Generation & Planning: Develop targeted lead generation strategies based on market research and trends. Create and implement outreach plans that effectively engage and qualify high-quality leads for the sales team to pursue.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for improvement within the sales process, making recommendations to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, data entry, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Skills

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, monday, Pipedrive).
  • Advanced skills in data entry, database management, and reporting.
  • Expertise in market research and prospecting techniques to drive engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
