**Primary Responsibilities & Skills**:

- Lead, motivate, and support employees, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution, adhering to all company policies and procedures; track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
- Monitor case progress and maintenance to ensure company and industry standards are met in customer retention efforts
- Meet with prospective clients to develop new sales or grow existing clients for the company
- Plan and execute ongoing productivity improvement strategy across the laboratory operations, leveraging internal and external best practices
- Assist with a sales and marketing strategy that integrates with the corporate sales team to attain budgeted sales revenue goals. This may include special sales projects or activities as directed by senior management
- Attend in-person trade shows, meetings, and other events as required
- Collaborate and interact interdepartmentally in order to maintain alignment with the company’s operational priorities, strategies, and labor budget
- All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years in a dental laboratory/industry senior leadership role preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Business, or equivalent work experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities with training in conflict management and business negotiation processes
- Excellent ability to communicate both written/oral -high competency in customer service and solution mindset
- Strong budget development and oversight skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a company MVR check

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
