**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily front store operations: balancing tills, managing front back orders, point of sale.
- Speaking with patients and guiding them to the appropriate pharmacy staff members for additional help.
- Assist with helping patients pick up their medications.
- Oversee inventory management, including OTC drug ordering, stocking, and merchandising products effectively.
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance store visibility within the community.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for patients.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in store management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous work history in a dispensary is favorable.
- Familiarity with POS system Finestra and retail operations is essential and knowledge of pharmacy dispensing software Kroll is favorable.
- Motivated to help customers/help patients access care.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Pharmacy: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 2 years (preferred)
