**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase profitability.
- Create and enforce policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff members, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and meet performance targets.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial objectives.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menu offerings, ensuring they align with customer preferences and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to enhance the restaurant's reputation and drive customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any performance issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
