Our program is **Reggio Emilia-inspired**, promoting learning, exploration, and spiritual growth through play-based activities. We celebrate each child's unique abilities and strive to provide a strong foundation rooted in faith and education.

**Position Details**:

- **Shift Available**: 3PM-6PM// 9AM-12PM
- **Position**: Part Time
- **Hours Per Week**: 15 hours (with opportunities for additional shifts as available)
- **Pay Rate**: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with Christian values.
- Provide a **safe, nurturing, and faith-filled** environment for children.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Incorporate **Christian teachings** into daily interactions and activities.
- Monitor and assess child development.
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a cohesive and Christ-centered learning environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom and adhere to all licensing regulations.

**Requirements**:

- **Faith Commitment**: Must be comfortable working in a Christian preschool setting and integrating faith-based principles into teaching.
- **Clearances**: Must have a **valid police background check** with a vulnerable sector screening.
- **First Aid**: Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a childcare or educational setting is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with parents, staff, and children.
- Passion for early childhood education and faith-based learning.
