**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions.
- Assess clients' needs, goals, and treatment plans.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies based on evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and agencies to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Stay current with developments in the field through continuing education and professional development.
- Foster a supportive and non-judgmental therapeutic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
