We are currently looking for evening and weekend doormen for our Le George building in Montreal, full-time. Are you said to be a versatile person, focused on customer service and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need A member of the administrative and maintenance team, the doorman has the main function of ensuring the security of the building.

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- All other related tasks
- Carry out minor maintenance interventions (open doors, change mailbox locks, change lights, etc.)
- Clear or salt exterior entrances
- Collaborate or carry out any other tasks related to the maintenance department, as needed and at the request of the immediate superior
- Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of indoor and outdoor areas (keep the lobby, mail room and elevators clean)
- Inform the immediate superior of the needs of the building (maintenance, service, etc.)
- Knowledge of fire safety rules
- Monitor the building at all times (tours of the building, check cameras, alarm panel, etc.)
- Removing snow and ice from sidewalks
- Respond and assist with all administrative requests that his immediate superior may entrust to him
- Respond to customer service requests

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience
- Has tools
- Customer service experiences
- Must have valid Private Security Bureau -BSP license (requirement)
