We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly, ambitious, and dedicated individual to join our small, but mighty team as a Clinical Research Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in conducting and coordinating industry-sponsored studies. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong interest in advancing medical knowledge, we would love to hear from you
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Coordination and execution of study visits as per study protocol, including collection of adverse events, safety monitoring, sample collection and shipment, and administration of medication and patient questionnaires
- Preparation and maintenance of study binders
- Maintenance of source documentation (including regulatory and IRB document preparation and submission)
- Resolution of queries and general data entry
- Preparation of study-related reports and site analytics
- Participation in research team meetings, including Investigator Meeting attendance, for which some travel may be required

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a science
- or health-related field required
- Completion of a clinical research program and a minimum 1 year of clinical research coordinator experience is required
- NOTE: If you have not completed a clinical research program and / or do not have a Bachelor’s degree in a science
- or health-related field, a minimum of 2 years’ clinical research coordinator experience is required
- Knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines required
- Familiarity with medical terminology required
- Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- Recruitment experience an asset
- Phlebotomy experience an asset
- Knowledge of IATA shipping regulations and basic laboratory procedures an asset
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fluid workload
- Proven ability to function independently yet collaboratively within a team
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and proficient with MS Office software
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
