Concord Homes is seeking an experienced Small Job Lead Hand/Tarion Service. We are an award winning custom home builder in the Kingston and surrounding area looking to fill this position immediately.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and organize all materials, tools and products.
- Must be professional and provide positive and courteous customer service to clients.
- Possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Submit weekly paperwork accurately on time, complete and neat.
- Follow and lead by example all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and non-cluttered workplace as well as company vehicles.
- Able to estimate the quantity of materials needed to complete a job.
- Detail oriented with excellent carpentry skills.

Qualifications:

- Licenced Carpenter or equivalent with good mathematical and measurement skills.
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Professional appearance.
- Ability to work with others or independently.
- Able to work full time with a flexible schedule.
- Working at Heights Certificate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Construction: 3 years (preferred)
