**Carpenter Job Responsibilities**:

- Manage employees and schedule weekly/daily tasks for you and crew to complete jobs in an efficient manner
- Manage jobs and study specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required.
- Build walls and floor systems using various construction methods
- Install tile and waterproofing in shower and floor systems
- Fit and installs window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim using a carpenter’s level, plumb bob, and laser levels.
- Shapes or cuts materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws.
- Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Builds or repairs cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures used in buildings, using woodworking machines, hand tools, or power tools.
- Cleans up worksite debris.

**Work Hours & Benefits**

Typically 8am - (4-5pm)

Overtime occasionally available

**Carpenter Qualifications / Skills/Experience**:

- Experience as a lead hand or supervisor in residential construction
- Great attention to detail, must take pride in jobs and must not be willing to sacrifice quality
- Self motivated worker, able to complete jobs in timely manner and motivate others to do the same
- Must be professional, honest and polite

Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
