Our flagship mobile app, Canadian Mortgage App, is Canada's most popular mobile app for mortgages and has attracted 1M users. CMA is also featured on the Apple App Store and Google Play with over 20K ratings.

Bendigi offers financial institutions and individual advisors a white-labelling technology never seen before. More than 40% of all licensed mortgage professionals in Canada have adopted our unique mobile SAAS solution.

**As a Client Success Manager, your goal is to**:

- Onboard new clients and provide the necessary training.
- Provide solutions to problems to build customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Perform regular checkups to ensure retention and customer success.
- Keep up to date on changes concerning customers and the competition.
- Support existing clients via all channels.
- Work with engineering teams to prioritize features based on customer feedback.
- Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Help with developing quotations and proposals.
- Conduct online demos for key accounts.
- Identify sales opportunities.
- Develop training programs.
- Organize & schedule team training sessions. Follow up to ensure engagement.

Responsible for evaluating the business's current performance and finding ways to help it reach its full market potential. You will also be responsible for executing strategies to increase company revenue, maximize profits, and engage with potential new accounts to introduce our brands and company.

**Requirements & what we're looking for**:

- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Computer and app Savvy
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Collaboration, able to build relationships, influence, manage conflicts and navigate through network politics to get things done.
- Negotiation and persuasion must be tactful and diplomatic at all times.
- Project Management: the ability to set goals, plan and manage projects, manage risks, calculate budgets, cost, time and teams working on ongoing projects.
- Research and strategy, benchmark the competition and keep the company ahead.
- Business Intelligence. It requires you to know about our business, services, products, and our competition in the mortgage industry—the ability to provide Bendigi Technologies Inc. with the leverage you need to surpass them.
- Valid driver's license and access to a car
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
