Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Executive based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Customer Support Executive will handle daily tasks including assisting clients with inquiries, resolving customer issues, managing online support channels, and delivering high-quality customer service. The candidate will ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and collaborating with technical teams for resolution when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in managing Online Support and providing responsive Customer Service
  • Strong Technical Support skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Previous experience in fintech or financial services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
