**Duties**
- Provide a range of hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to clients' preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services or products.
- Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.
- Promote retail products and upsell services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and ensure satisfaction with services rendered.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.

**Qualifications**
- Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Proven experience in hair styling or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
