**About Us**

Snip & Style Salon is a modern, upscale salon located in the heart of Etobicoke. We specialize in delivering high-end hair and beauty services in a stylish, welcoming environment. We’re currently expanding our team and looking for a talented **Women’s Hairstylist** who is passionate about color, treatments, and client satisfaction.

**What You’ll Do**
- Perform expert-level **balayage**, **highlights**, **keratin treatments**, **hair smoothening**, and **cutting/styling for Women**:

- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and provide personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean and professional workstation
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hair coloring and treatment
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through exceptional service

**Qualifications**
- **2+ years of experience** as a professional hairstylist (women’s focus)
- Strong expertise in **balayage, highlights, keratin, smoothening**, and color correction
- Licensed hairstylist (preferred)
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and passionate about hair artistry
- **Bonus**: Experience as an **esthetician** (waxing, facials, threading, etc.)

**What We Offer**
- **Pay**: CA$1,500 - CA$6,000/month
