HIRING DISPATCHERS

Tung Air Transport Ltd. is looking for experienced dispatchers for Cross Border inbound/outbound with dry vans/reefers.

**Requirements**:

- Must have at least 4-5 years experience
- No criminal record
- Must be able to speak fluent English
- Must have good problem solving skills
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have ability to negotiate
- Must have knowledge of market
- Must stay up to date with units assigned
- Must be flexible with timing
- Must have TMS experience
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Transmitting cargo details with drivers
- Know what freight you are picking up
- Maintain contact with units
- Timely response time
- Stay updated with outbound/inbound freight in terms of space in vans
- Interact with other departments (City + Montreal)
- Driver check ins at the end of the day
- Verify availability
- Notify customers of delays/issues promptly
- Enter load specifics into TMS (e.g. HAZMAT class)

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
