We are recruiting a long-term **Marketing & Sales Coordinator** to join our fun patch team The position is challenging and fun, especially if you're involved in Guiding or Scouting and there's definitely room to grow with us as we expand into the retail world

Duties and skills will include:

- Market and sales research
- Social media planning
- Website content planning & maintenance
- Project planning
- Communication and writing
- Skills in paid ads (LinkedIn, Google, Pinterest, Facebook)
- Strategic Planning
- Creating agendas
- Writing meeting summaries
- Time management
- Analytical skills
- Critical thinking skills

Seeking someone who is enthusiastic, who loves our products and has great verbal and written communication skills Having extensive knowledge of social media and is comfortable implementing business strategies is desirable. Some experience in sales, online marketing, digital marketing, marketing communications, and/or marketing strategy would be an asset.

Having been or still a Girl Guide / Scout member is desirable but not necessary.

The applicant will have the ability to learn, follow directions, work virtually/independently, pay attention to detail, and be organized. Reliability and punctuality are necessary in order to attend regular meetings.

**Timeline**: This is a virtual work-at-home position that starts in September either in a part-time, 3/4 time or full-time position.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
