**Responsibilities include**:

- leading at minimum an 8 table section while upholding Piano Pianos service standards
- ability to up-sell and optimize guest orders
- able to thrive within a hybrid server/bartender role
- ability to navigate wine list and accurately describe beverage selections
- ability to engage and build lasting relationships with our guests
- successfully communicating with FOH / BOH staff members
- anticipating guest requests
- sporadic lifting of tables and lightly heavy objects
- classic and contempory cocktail knowledge

**Skills required**:
2+ years service/ bartending experience in a fact paced restaurant
- wine knowledge is a plus
- general knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
- energy and a positive attitude
- real-time problem solving
- ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

Past restaurant experience (1-2 years prefereed)

must be able to work at least 1-2 lunch shifts
