In 2010, Supreme expanded into the US with a truck mount assembly facility and a parts distribution warehouse located in Dodge City, Kansas. This centralized location improved parts distribution throughout North America and is a more efficient location for truck mount assembly.

**Parts and Service Responsibilities and Activities**:

- Confer with customers in order to provide information about products and services, or to obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Resolve service complaints by performing activities such as exchanging, refunding, and/ or adjusting bills.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
- Contact dealers in order to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Determine charges for services requested, and/or arrange for billing.
- Obtain and examine all relevant information in order to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes
- Reads and interprets materials, such as work orders, inspection manuals, and blueprints, to determine inspection and test procedures.
- Solicit sale of new or additional services or products.
- Assist in review of claims to prepare and present findings for insurance related discovery
- Review claims adjustments with dealers, examining parts claimed to be defective and approving or disapproving dealers' claims.
- Compare disputed with original requisitions and information from invoices, and prepare invoices for returned goods.
- Order tests that could determine the causes of product malfunctions.
- Tests and measures finished products, components, or assemblies for functioning, operation, accuracy, or assembly to verify adherence to functional specifications.
- Recommend improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures in order to prevent future problems.
- Confers with vendors and others regarding inspection results, recommends corrective procedures, and compiles reports of results, recommendations, and needed repairs.
- Perform administrative/ managerial functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.
- Travel required occasionally to support dealers and customers.

To perform the Warranty job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each responsibility satisfactorily. These requirements are representative, but not all-inclusive, of the knowledge, skill, and ability required of Warranty.

**Parts and Service Q**ualifications and Experience are**:

- Customer-service skills_
- Engineering Technologist or two or three years of work-related skill, knowledge or experience in lieu
- _
Interpersonal_ _skills; _friendly and outgoing personality
- Selling skills; be persuasive, clearly and effectively explain the benefits of products.
- Mechanical knowledge; design, use, repair, and maintenance

Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP softwares.

Effective oral and written communication skills.
