**Pay**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

**Full Job Description**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and register reconciliation
- Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Helping manage & purchase of inventory, merchandising, and creating store displays
- Assisting with scheduling, training, and team communication
- Contributing to sales goals and maintaining store standards

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in retail management or supervision an asset
- Leadership and communication skills to work with staff and customers.
- Strong organizational skills and a knack for problem-solving.
- Someone who appreciates quality kitchen tools and home goods—or is eager to learn
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic office software.
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and climb stairs/ladders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
