- Under direction from the Service Manager, address customer concerns with regard to the product that was purchased at any Sofa Land or Konto location
- Ensure customers feel valued and understood when dealing with their concerns
- Responsible for determining if the product is covered under warranty with the manufacturer or if repairs will be a cost to the customer Service Coordination
- Work with the Service Manager to schedule service appointments for product repair in various locations
- Responsible for creating purchase orders with manufacturers and vendors to order new parts
- Ensure parts are correct when they arrive
- Create work orders and maintain work order status. Job Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills and previous experience working with Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Positive, energetic attitude and ability to work within a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Experience doing administrative tasks and high attention to detail
- Professional in appearance and conduct Education
- High school diploma or GED Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service capacity an asset but not required Work Environment and Compensation: We are a proud locally owned Canadian company that is growing and expanding.
