Job Summary:
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. Your strong communication skills and dedication to customer care will contribute to maintaining positive relationships with our clientele.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize sales techniques to upsell products or services and enhance customer experience
- Perform accurate data entry to update customer information and record interactions
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to assist bilingual customers
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in service delivery
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling a high volume of customer calls
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish; multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience with upselling techniques and achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM software for maintaining customer records
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
