**Role Summary**:
The Customer Service Representative will serve as the contact person for all customer service related activities; including both sell-in initiatives and after-sale service within our wholesale division. This person will play a key role in ensuring the orders are properly entered, that the showroom and clients are well served, and that the Sales team is well supported on an administrative level.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Contact existing and prospective customer to assist with scheduling appointments for upcoming shows and/or work on ‘phone’ orders as needed;
- Research and contact prospective clients to assist at growing existing customer base;
- Enter orders on Visual (internal system);
- Assist clients in our head office showroom; and process their orders;
- Upkeep and merchandise showroom collection, and regularly update styles display;
- Create and analyze inventory reports on a weekly basis or as needed;
- Follow up with our clients on any after-sales inquiries, such as delivery dates, inventory, styles and colors available; Post-Order delivery and satisfaction follow up;
- Liaise with our production and logistics department to confirm shipments deadlines, and be updated on any changes such as style cancellations;
- Ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction;
- Send out marketing material to our agents or clients (posters, pillow cases, lookbooks);
- Help our Sales Department with any other project or related task;
**Qualifications & Competencies**:

- College degree in fashion merchandising/business marketing or related field;
- 1- 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service role within the fashion industry;
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, specifically Excel;
- Previous experience with Visual 2000, an asset;
- Strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Highly organized and solution oriented;
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and French, verbal and written;
