Electrical; Mechanical

**Type of Industry Experience**

Industrial instruments servicing; Manufacturing; Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning.

**Education**

Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training

**Specific Skills**

Building Automation Systems (BAS), Inspect and test operation of instruments and systems; Repair and adjust system components; Remove and replace defective parts; Install new control instruments; Calibrate components and instruments; Determine testing and maintenance procedures; Install new measuring instruments.

Program and troubleshoot BAS systems via various types of software;
Niagara AX certification, Niagara N4 certification, Familiar with KMC Controls software, Familiar with KMD Controls software

**Additional Skills**

Read blueprints; Perform scheduled preventive maintenance work; Complete test and maintenance reports; Read circuit diagrams; Logical approach for troubleshooting; Consult with and advise process operators; C++ or Visual Basic; Word processing; Spreadsheets.

Vehicle supplied by employer

Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Attention to detail; Combination of sitting, standing, walking; Bending, crouching, kneeling.
