Building Maintenance Technician

If you share our values and would like to work with skilled professionals, Armour is presently seeking a **Maintenance Technician (1)** to join our Queen's Marque Maintenance team.
**What you will be doing**:
- Responding to internal and guest related work orders. Including hotel, residence, commercial office, and retail/ food & beverage.
- Maintaining the condition of the buildings and tenant spaces, performing repairs and arranging for trades to perform other repairs.
- Liaising with external service providers present in the building to ensure tasks are performed in accordance with Employer standards.
- Liaising with the Manager and the building controls team with respect to outstanding issues, procedures, and practices at the site.
- Ensuring presentation is upheld to Employer standards and maintains the buildings in a first-class manner, including ensuring building safety, using their own judgment, or as directed by the Employer.
- Assisting with the coordination, review, and management of parking as per building policies. Including parking allocation, valet parking, and enforcement.
**What we’re looking for**:
- Residential maintenance experience is an asset.
- A positive attitude paired with a passion for delivering the highest level of customer service is a must.
- Experience with minor maintenance work and repairs and familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems is also considered an asset.
**The Maintenance Technician will have the ability to follow instructions and implement company practices and procedures while maintaining open and fluid communication with team members.**
