Field Sales Representative

**_The Field Sales Representative_** is responsible for the brand and market presence of Kinetico; establishing and continuing relationship development with Kinetico customers. Direct-to-consumer sales. Additionally responsible for the development of new market opportunities through lead generation with Costco.
**Compensation**:Base plus commission.
**Travel**: Local (Guelph, Milton, Halton Hills area)
**Location**:Guelph, Ontario**. Flex schedule to include evening and weekend sales calls.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Enters all leads into database, documents status and follow-up requirements. Communicates weekly work schedule and lead status to National Sales Manager.
- Performs effective sales presentation that demonstrates, educates and entertains customers on Kinetico products; offer special promotions, overcomes customer objections and assists customers to make informed decisions.
- Processes orders according to established procedures, collects payment from customer and arranges product installation by applicable dealer.
- Participates in Kinetico post-sale consumer program; schedules appointments to visit customer to follow up and sure confidence in their purchase. Work to generate referral business.
- Maintains a professional appearance and attitude as a reflection of Kinetico’s dedication to professionalism.
- Communicates effectively with internal Kinetico departments to ensure superior customer service.
- Works a flexible workweek to accommodate Costco store hours and customer requirements. This includes evenings and weekends.
- Maintains Kinetico’s relationship with the Costco stores to create more store generated leads and to keep stores and its members focused on the Kinetico program.
- Develops sales leads; setup and tear down, perform in store demos, engage with members, prospects customers, responds to sales referrals to gather pertinent information, ascertain and prioritize customer needs and set appointments.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of direct sales experience.

- Excellent presentation skills.
- Skill set in sales and persuasion in presenting value to consumers.
- Effective communication with a positive and sincere attitude

- Good computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet proficiency.
- Ability to travel, work weekends and evenings.
- Clean driving record.
