This position contributes to the success of the Company by ensuring the correct assembly of Company products and customer care products through working with the team as assigned and monitoring quality and outcome of specified projects.

**Are you motivated about this work?**
- Perform all mechanical, pneumatic, and some electrical assembly operations.
- Worked on multiple projects on the shop floor from the machine start date through the checkout process.
- Proactively monitor the machine project schedule for assembly. Work with Project Manager and Operations Manager while monitoring hours and resources.
- Coordinate with Engineering on building mock-up designs required for proper functionality of Edson equipment.
- Ensure that your work area is clean, safe, and orderly.
- Take proper care of tools (personal and company supplied) and ensure company supplied tools are returned to their proper place.
- Assist in the testing and final adjustments of machines. May be required to assist with on-site support (travel within North America)
- Follow and adhere to all Quality and Assembly standards.

- High School Diploma; Post Secondary education
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience in packaging automation industry considered an asset
- Ability to work well with others (PM, Engineering, and production)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with ERP system (Syteline a plus) considered an asset
- Ability to work from Monday to Thursday, 7 AM to 4:30 PM, Friday 7 AM to 11:30 AM and enjoy the afternoon off.

**Physical Demands**
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and lift up to 50 lbs without limitations
- Stand for prolonged periods
- Must be able to work in variations of temperatures (summer heat)
